North Carolina Juvenile Services Association

NCJSA Spring 2021 Virtual Conference

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that we will host a virtual conference on April 22, 2021.   The conference will be a half day conference from 8:30am-12:15pm.

President’s Message

Greetings NCJSA Board of Directors, Membership Body, and Juvenile Justice Professionals and Practitioners:

We sincerely hope you and your family have been able to work through and persevere through the trials and tribulations of the pandemic. During those trials, is where perseverance and resilience reveal themselves and make us strong.

As you all know, the Fall 2020 conference in Carolina Beach was canceled due to COVID-19; however, the NCJSA Board of Directors believe it is important to continue with the mission and vision of the association to deliver professional development opportunities to our members.   Therefore, we are pleased to announce our very first virtual conference for Spring 2021.  We hope you will join us for that.

The Board of Directors is continuing to monitor the status of COVID-19 in our state. We will adhere to local, state, and federal government(s) as we plan for the Fall 2021 conference and are working toward an in person conference at the beach.  We will keep you posted!

Members are encouraged to contact us or submit suggestions via email or on this site. Please continue to take the necessary precautions to remain safe.  We hope to see you all real soon.

Tyeshia Hill
