Parking in Carolina Beach

NCJSA Conference Attendees who are not staying at the Courtyard Marriott will not be allowed to park in the Courtyard Marriott’s parking lot. Theses spots are reserved for guest of the Courtyard Marriott only.

However, the Town of Carolina Beach has been gracious enough to allow NCJSA Conference Attendees parking at a discounted rate.  Daily parking in Carolina Beach is usually $20 per day. However, they are offering conference attendees a $20 parking pass that will be good all week, 10/12-10/15, in all Town operated lots and spaces.

If you need to purchase a parking pass, please see the note below:

Passes can be purchased at Town Hall or at the parking office.  Both locations open 8AM-5PM Tuesday-Friday next week. Also, if any attendees need to come by earlier on Tuesday or Wednesday morning, Sheila will be glad to meet you at Town Hall as early as 7:30AM (if you would like to meet at 7:30AM, please call ahead of time).

The closest spaces your conference attendees may want to use are metered on-street spots near the Marriott hotel, located on Hamlet Ave. Parking all day is allowed in these spots.  Most of the other metered spots in the area have time restrictions of 2 hours or less, so they would not be able to use those.  There are plenty of all-day Town operated lots that are located about 3 blocks from the Marriott and the link below can show where they are;

Here is a link about parking in CB and Town operated lots/spaces:
